Itz not a mall. Just a shopping centre. As unique by its name, there was no regular shops except Coffee Day. Ambience is calm, neat and well maintained. I could easily count the number of heads at this centre.! Few shops are listed: Cafe Coffee Day Dhaba VFS Russia Visa Philips LED World Orosafe ELS Educate Crown Foot Reflexology Peps Veins Gym Osprey Academy Jokers Kitchen Realme That one place Fashion Destination Godrej security solutions Bose HiDesign IRobot Bounce (Spalon) Study 2 World Osprey Pedagogy VR Galaxy Freeing India - Real Escape Game Eyeluvu Healthcare Air Asia Lift is not operating. Need to climb the Wooden steps which is of Retro styled. IN/OUT timing along with vehicle number is noted. Surprisingly there was no parking charges. Came for Realme Service centre and I was wandering in here for almost a hour. Loved the ambience. The one and only busiest shop in this shopping centre.!!! Best part it that this centre didn't attracts couples and Lovers.! 😂🤣 I spotted Few college students at Game shopzz.. Few shops are under construction. I went on Tuesday, still few shops are closed.!!! There are noticable amount of peoples eating in Dhaba.! But I didn't get in. So no Comments.!

I absolutely loved this place... I didn't really know about the existence of this place until my phone display blacked off.. Went to the Realme service centre in Ispahani Centre. This place was absolutely awesome but it contains a lot of Hotels with free parking facilities. If you wanna take someone for a food date you can choose this place as the place doesn't have much of a crowd there.

Went there to attend a job interview. It was a work from home job and the office is located in the 7th floor. I have just made a deposit of 3800 rupees for the job. It is a form filling job Update 13.2.24 It has been a month since I got this job but it is very tough. I am good at typing and I am a computer science student. I found this job very hard. Moreover no companies should ask money before joining. I was curious to know how this company works. It is called Xtancia Technosoft OPC pvt ltd. To fill one form it will take 15 to 20 minutes. How can you complete 100 forms in one day? If you don't use their application for more than a few days, you cannot log in again. Then you have to check with customer service and they will not help you if your system does not work etc etc. I feel so bad about how people can be misguided in the name of work from home job. I will come back again and post more details about this company if I get in touch with them.

" A small and compact shopping mall in Chennai as per today's standard " The shopping mall has nearly 40 shops and that is very well maintained and good to see. Bike and car parking facilities are available and that is not chargeable ( Biggest out melancholy think). The branded shops are available here, Like Philips, Bose, Realme, Air Asia, Subway, Indulge by jokers kitchen

I remember visiting almost 20 yrs back when it was a really happening place. Not very busy these days. Good thing is there is a lot of parking available

I have been to this place multiple times either for CCD or Subway. The one thing I have faced is the securities who behave rude to the oncoming people with bikes. If you question them they claim it to be they themselves are the owners of the building and no one would come and attend the issue so we gotta take what they responsd and leave the premises. There is no proper organizational way for these people. (NOTE: Not all the securities are rude but the heads and few of them are)
